This role supports Educity corporate training operations. You will work with clients, internal teams and trainers to ensure that corporate programs are planned, communicated and delivered professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training schedules and client communication.
- Prepare training plans and delivery calendars.
- Support trainer coordination and session readiness.
- Track attendance, feedback and completion reports.
- Assist with corporate proposals and follow-ups.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in training, HR, operations or client servicing preferred.
- Comfortable with documentation, Excel and follow-up systems.
- Professional presentation and client-handling ability.
