Key Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries and counselling calls.
- Explain Educity programs, fees, outcomes and learning benefits.
- Maintain enquiry follow-up records.
- Coordinate with academic and admissions teams.
- Support students from first enquiry to enrollment.
- Build trust through clear communication and professional guidance.
